Here is a quick look at some of the activities we facilitate.

  • Archery - Target shooting

  • Art - Creative, Unguided/free expression 

  • Art Therapy - (by Pam Keaton from Creative Wellness)

  • Blacksmithing - Creative workshop - Create rustic cutlery, herb chopper or other items of choice.

  • Bushwalking Activity Group - Accessing the beautiful New England National Parks.

  • Carpentry & Construction - Experienced guidance from ex-tradesman in creating practical gifts and useful items such as Dog kennels/bird boxes etc.

  • Cooking Program & Edible Garden - Supported kitchen cooking from recipes, step by step basics and take home meals. Herb identification and harvesting from edible gardens for adding to meals.

  • Dungeons & Dragons - currently, adventures are every Wednesday night 4:30pm onwards.

  • Boxing and Physical Fitness Program - Support to improve physical and mental health through custom exercise programs. 

  • Macramé - Guided workshops to create personal projects or gifts.

  • Music - Current instruments available: Piano, Trumpet, Saxophones, Clarinet, Drums.

  • Photography - Learning how to use a DSLR camera, tripod and accessories. Framing shots, using perspective and identifying subjects.

  • Riding for the Disabled - Support to attend.

  • Saturday Girls Group - Professional skills (resume, hair & make up, mock job interviews), craft & social.

  • Swimming - Supported swimming and supervision, attend hydrotherapy.

  • Woodworking/Wood Burning - Make chopping boards and do wood burning stencils.

 

Everyday supports including; GP visits, shopping, cooking, assistance with cleaning, pursuing personal or NDIS goals, hobbies and providing social supports.
